Just Say It

How Just Say It compares

Just Say It beside the tools people use around meetings — the ones that make slides before a meeting, the ones that take notes of it, and the meeting apps’ own assistants — each with its facts from its own site, read 2026-09-26.

Before, during and after

Three kinds of tool sit around a meeting today. Slide makers such as Gamma and Beautiful.ai build a deck before it — from a topic, your own text or a file — for you to present. Note takers such as Otter, Fireflies and Granola listen to it and give you text: a live transcript, then a summary and answers. And the meeting apps have their own assistants — Zoom, Microsoft Copilot and Google Meet — doing the same inside their own calls. Just Say It is the room where the meeting happens: as people talk, the screen everyone sees builds itself — the figures as charts, the people named as faces, the places as maps — and the notes are kept.

Just Say It is meeting software that builds the screen while you talk — slides as you speak, and the notes kept.

What Just Say It does not do

  • It is not a slide editor: it takes no document and exports no PowerPoint, and you change the slide by asking, not by dragging — every conversation downloads as a PDF deck.
  • It is its own room in the browser first. It can join a Google Meet and Microsoft Teams meeting as a participant that shows your live slide and answers when asked (zoom follows once Zoom has reviewed our app) — but it does not record those meetings or keep their audio, and it is not a notetaker for them.
  • It listens and answers in English today.
  • It needs a current desktop browser with a microphone.

Questions

Is Just Say It a slide maker or a note taker?
Neither, quite. A slide maker makes a deck before a meeting; a note taker makes text of one. Just Say It makes the screen during the conversation, from what people say, and keeps the notes of it.
Can I use it with the tools I already have?
Yes. People in a Just Say It room can share their screen — a deck made in another tool included — and the conversation still gets its notes.
How are these comparisons made?
Every fact about another product comes from that product’s own website, read on the day each page says. Plans and prices change, so check them at the source before you decide. Nothing here rates or ranks another product, and each page says where the other product is better.
