Team is one subscription and a shared pool of minutes: everyone in a room you host is covered, up to thirty in a room, priced per seat. Past that — many teams, whole departments, an organisation that needs its own arrangements — the questions stop being about seats and start being about where the conversations live, who may sign in, how the bill arrives and how long a recording is kept. Those are set up per organisation, in a conversation with us.

What an organisation gets

• Your own cluster. A deployment of Just Say It for your organisation alone: your own machines in the region you choose, your own store of recordings and notes, nobody else’s traffic beside yours.
• Single sign-on. Your people sign in with the identity provider you already run; nobody makes an account, and a person who leaves the organisation leaves the product the same hour.
• Invoicing. One invoice for the organisation, on purchase orders and yearly terms if you prefer, instead of a card per team.
• Custom retention. How long a conversation, its slides and its notes are kept is your policy, not our default — down to deletion on your schedule.
• Rooms beyond thirty. The room size on Team is thirty people; an organisation’s rooms are sized with it.
• Seats for everyone. A pool of minutes sized for the organisation, and nobody in it needs a plan of their own.

Everything the product does for a team it does for an organisation — the slide that composes itself as people speak, the co-presenter that answers and keeps the notes, the memory of what was decided in earlier meetings the same people were in. The security page says how a conversation is protected; the privacy policy says what is kept and for how long by default.

2. We read it ourselves and answer within a working day or two, with questions of our own.
3. A call: what you need, what it costs for an organisation of your size, and how long the cluster takes to stand up.
4. A pilot with one of your teams on Team while the cluster is set up — the same product, a smaller room, nothing wasted.
