# Pricing

> Start with ten minutes and no account. Every plan keeps what you made; the plans differ in minutes a month and people in a room.

## The plans

- **Try — 10 minutes** — No account, no card. A solo session; what you made becomes yours the moment you sign in.
- **Free — 90 min / month** — Sign in with ELAV8. A room for you and one guest; keep what you made, come back to it.
- **Pro — $19 / month · $15 billed yearly** — 600 minutes a month, rooms of six, unlimited history. Run out and you can add 100 minutes for $5 — we ask you first, up to four times a month.
- **Team — $29 / seat / month · $25 billed yearly** — Each seat adds 1,000 minutes a month to one pool your whole team shares — rooms of 30, and everyone in your rooms is covered. Run out and you can add 100 minutes for $5 — we ask you first, up to four times a month. Up to thirty in a room; larger organisations, talk to us.

## What a minute is

A minute counts while your microphone is live in a session. On Free and Pro, each signed-in person’s own minutes count against their own month — a guest in your room spends their minutes, not yours. On Team, everyone in a room the account hosts is covered by the host’s shared pool, so nobody invited needs a plan of their own.

You are told when thirty minutes are left. On Free a session stops at zero and the next month starts fresh. On Pro: Run out and you can add 100 minutes for $5 — we ask you first, up to four times a month. On Team a meeting that reaches zero carries on for up to ninety minutes while the host adds minutes.

When you send Ziggy into a Google Meet and Microsoft Teams meeting (or invite ziggy@elav8.ai to one), every minute it spends in that meeting counts against your plan like a minute of your own — one for one, no separate rate. Pro sends one at a time, Team three; a Free account none.

## Monthly or yearly

- Pro: $19 a month, or $180 a year — $15 a month.
- Team: $29 a month, or $300 a year — $25 a month.

## Changing or cancelling

A paid plan renews automatically each month or year, charged to the card on file, until you cancel. Change or cancel any time from Settings → Plans & billing in the app, which opens the customer portal; a cancelled plan runs to the end of the period paid for and does not renew. If you cancel, you keep the minutes you paid for until the month is over. Payments are handled by ELAV8’s billing service; card details never reach our systems.
