## For help with the product

Say what you were trying to do, what the screen did instead, and roughly when — the time lets us find the session on our side. If a slide did something odd, the replay of your own conversation in your history shows exactly what it decided and why; a link to it helps.

Plans, invoices and payment details are managed through your ELAV8 account: the account menu in the product opens the customer portal, and changes made there reach Just Say It on their own.
